About Shaia

Shaia Deacon is the general manager of iOnline. Drawing on a sales and account management background, she advocates for quality-first delivery that strengthens the iOnline brand and encourages word-of-mouth growth.

Shaia joined iOnline in June 2022 as a junior associate, transitioning to a sales associate role in 2023, then to Sales and Account Manager in 2025. In March 2026, she was appointed as iOnline’s new general manager. She currently balances leading iOnline with providing strategic advice to clients – identifying their challenges, then ensuring those challenges are solved in the right way.

During her tenure, Shaia has spearheaded iOnline’s transformation to a full-service digital marketing agency. She has focused on overhauling sales and account management processes, including digitising iOnline’s CRM and switching to an inbound sales model. In 2024, those efforts helped deliver the company’s most financially successful year ever.

Shaia’s advice to clients is grounded in the KISS principle. Marketing is complex, but it should never be complicated. Good strategy is about charting a simple, clear direction – the right message, to the right people, through the right channel, at the right time. Anything else is just noise.
